Event Terms and Conditions

I. The rates in this proposal are valid for 7 days upon request. All prices are in USD.

II. Rockoly requires full payment within 3 days of issuing the invoice but no later than 10 days before the event date.

Exceptions may apply to certain payment methods. Rockoly starts organizing the event ONLY once the payment is secured. If payment is delayed Rockoly holds the right to cancel or delay the event or grocery delivery.

III. Rockoly shall process personal data ONLY for the purpose of providing the delivery of all necessary ingredients and shall not sell or transfer personal data to any third party for its own marketing use.

IV. Client must notify Rockoly in writing 14 days prior to the event regarding any dietary or allergy requirements. Rockoly’s first choice for grocery delivery is Whole Foods Market if available.

Please note there might be substitutions by the grocery store/substitution by Rockoly based on availability and/or missing ingredients. Rockoly will do its best to get participants’ ingredients close to the selected event menu.

In the event, substitutions are required, the Chef host will be aware of such substitutions and adjust instruction as needed.

Please note that there will be no refunds on single ingredients that had to be substituted and/or were out of stock at the time of purchase.

V. All alcoholic beverage deliveries will NOT be carried out by Rockoly but by different local suppliers and will be delivered separately from any groceries. Alcohol can only be delivered in person to adults older than 21 years and a valid ID must be provided upon receipt. Availability may vary depending on location. State laws and regulations apply.

The client shall bear full responsibility for liquor liability coverage for the Event. Rockoly bears no responsibility arising out of liquor consumption by the Client’s Participants and the Client agrees to indemnify Rockoly for any claims arising from the same.

VI. Rockoly cannot guarantee the shipment/delivery to all addresses and will notify the client as early as possible in such a case. The participant will have to provide their own ingredients and a full refund for the affected delivery will be issued.

VII. Client may cancel this Agreement at any time in writing. If the Client cancels up to 14 days prior to the Event Date, they will be entitled to a full refund. If the Client cancels up to 7 days prior to the Event Date, they will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund.

If the Client cancels less than 7 days prior to the Event Date, they will not be entitled to a refund. If the Client cancels or reduces the number of tickets or deliveries within 7 days of the Event Date, they are not entitled to a refund.

VIII. If the Client reschedules the date or time up to 7 days prior to the Event Date, there will be no additional fees. If the Client reschedules the date or time of the event less than 7 days prior to the Event Date, there is a rescheduling fee of $299 plus any applicable ingredient re-delivery fees.

IX. A Last-minute booking fee of 15% of the total surcharge is applied to events booked within 14 days of the Event Date with grocery deliveries. A Last-minute booking fee of 10% total surcharge is applied to events booked within 14 days of the Event Date without grocery deliveries.

X. Client may use the recorded Event (“Recording”) for up to 14 days after the date of the Event for internal use only. The client may not make the Recording available to any others outside the client participants nor may Client make the recording available to the general public in any and all media formats, whether now existing or hereinafter devised, without time limitation (media formats i.e., Vimeo, YouTube, link from the web page).
