Who can sign in to the admin. You add someone by email — they get a link and choose their own password, so you never handle it. Everyone signs in with their own username, which is why every change in theaudit log has a name against it. The Policies column says whether they have acknowledged the current house rules — send the request from Policies.
Sends a short message so you can confirm invites will really arrive. If it fails you get the provider's own error, which is what distinguishes a bad key from a sending address the provider hasn't verified.
They'll get an email with a link that works once and expires in 48 hours. Usernames are lowercase; letters, digits, dot, dash and underscore only.
