The house rules the team works by. These are internal — nothing here appears anywhere on the site. Changes save straight away, and every add, edit and delete is named in theaudit log.
Everyone with an admin account and an email address gets a personal link to read the policies and confirm. Locked accounts are left out. They do not need to sign in, and the link works for 30 days.
