The house rules the team works by. These are internal — nothing here appears anywhere on the site. Changes save straight away, and every add, edit and delete is named in the audit log.
Whoever is assigned a policy gets a personal link to read it and confirm, and sees it on their own staff page. Locked accounts and anyone with no email address are left out of the sending. The link needs no sign-in and works for 30 days.
