Backups

The events calendar and guest addresses live only in Redis — git keeps no history of either — so these snapshots are the only way back. One is taken every night at 07:00 UTC and thirty days are kept. Each file is sealed with BACKUP_KEY before it leaves the server, so the bucket alone can never read one.
