Two lists. Gift cards from the desk are order lines somebody escalated as a Visa e-gift card instead of a reorder: buy the card and tick it off — the tick shows you the “it’s on its way” email and sends it, copied to whoever escalated the line — and, from the Sent pile, tell them to check their junk folder for it. Thank-you gifts are guests who claimed the post-event coffee on /thank-you-gift.

One wording per reason, used for every card escalated for that reason. It goes in the card’s own message box on
perfectgift.com or Giftbit, and it is the body of the “it’s on its way” email.
{{firstName}} is their first name,
{{amount}} the amount, {{what}} the thing that didn’t arrive
(drinks, supplies, add-ons), {{workshop}} and {{date}} the event, and
{{reason}} the words typed on the desk when the reason was “Something else”.
perfectgift.com (Giftbit, outside the US) sends the card from its own address, so it often ends up in junk or spam. Tick Pick beside the guests whose card has gone and send them a note from Rockoly: the first email once the card is sent, and the reminder for anybody still looking. Only cards ticked off as sent, for guests who agreed to emails, can be picked.

Written once and used for everybody. {{firstName}} becomes their first name,
{{name}} their full name and {{company}} their company — each row below
shows the finished note, ready to copy into the gift card’s message box.
