The recipes people cook from, as PDFs — one per dish per length. They are what goes out with the availability check, the three briefings and the participants’ summary on Events Management: the recipe for the event’s dish and length is already picked there, and you can swap it. The kits the OFD desk orders from — ingredients, products and prices — are Shopping Lists.
Paste the link to a shared folder — or several, one per line — and the PDFs in it are read straight from Drive. The folder has to be shared with anyone with the link.
Up to 10 MB each, because that is about what one email can carry beside everything else on it.
