One email a day to the office about everything the site and the desk did: today's events, what was added or edited, meetings booked, new leads, what OFD did, every email that went out, which clients signed in, the reviews, and what went live on rockoly.com. It goes by itself every evening; nothing in it can write to a customer.
The cron checks every hour and sends once the hour has passed — once per Eastern day. Each summary covers everything since the previous one, so a late evening is never lost between two days.
Send now sends what has happened since the previous summary to the addresses above; tonight's summary still goes and covers the rest.
