Reading the feedback…
What our own people say after talking to the customer: sales and the event planners, in the four boxes that open when a call is marked Completed — what went well and what went badly, about the event and about the organizer — plus the Zoom hosts’ reports from the end of each event. The summary below is written from all of it for the period you choose.
Written by the model from the notes and host reports of the period — one line per theme, with how often it came up. It invents nothing: a thin period makes a short summary.
The changes the model proposes from the bad feedback of the period, most important first — each a guardrail, a warning, a process step, a script line, a training note or a supplier term, with the evidence, the rule in the words it would be written, the steps and who owns them, and how we would know it worked.
Something said in a meeting, an email or a call that was not marked here. Write it as you heard it and pick the event if it was about one. The model files it — went well or badly, about the event or the organizer — and gives it a score out of 10, which you see as soon as it is saved.
