Reading what has been invoiced and not yet paid…
How often an unpaid invoice is chased, and what the chase says. Both are part of the invoice options — the same set Events Management → Options holds the rates, deposits and catalogue in — so an edit here reaches a reminder when it is published, not when it is saved. Saving commits to the draft; the bar at the top of the admin publishes it.
This decides which invoices the list above calls due a chase. Rockoly never emails a customer about money by itself — somebody presses Remind and reads the letter first.
The same words Invoice reminder uses everywhere — one copy, also editable on Events Management → Options. It goes from the event's planner to the address Stripe billed, copying the planner and accounting, with the invoice's own pay button and PDF.
A blank line starts a new paragraph.
