Every Friday at 5 PM Eastern, each instructor and Zoom host booked for the coming week gets one email listing their events, with the event planner of each event and events@rockoly.com copied. People with nothing that week get nothing; a cancelled event, or a slot whose person said no, is left out. You can also send it now, to everybody or to one person.
The site checks every hour and sends on Friday once it is 5 PM Eastern or later, once per person per week. Anybody already sent that week with Send now is not sent again.
