Holiday Booking & Delivery

Can our team outside the US take part?

Yes, and it is routine. Ingredients are delivered to each participant's own door, and we deliver internationally to Australia, the UK, Canada, Sweden, Ireland, Germany, South Africa, Mexico, India and Spain among others — available to most countries at additional cost — or we can send a shopping list if an address is genuinely hard to reach. Flag overseas addresses early: they are due sooner than domestic ones, so raise them with your planner when you book rather than at the closing date.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

It depends on the format and how far ahead you tell us, and every window is counted back from your event date. For virtual events, cancelling 21 or more days out returns what you paid less any nonrecoverable costs already committed; 8 to 20 days out you choose between a 50% refund or a 100% Rockoly credit; inside 8 days payments are nonrefundable. In-person events run on a longer clock because venues, staffing and travel commit earlier — 30 days, 15 to 29 days, and inside 15 days respectively. Rescheduling is the easier path and most teams take it: one complimentary move if you ask 14+ days ahead for a virtual event or 30+ days for an in-person one. A later move is charged on the ladder — from 10% of the Event Subtotal or $250 up to 25% or $1,000, whichever is greater, depending on the format and how close in you are — and any move after the first is 10% or $250. Credits last 12 months and transfer within your organization. How big can a holiday group be?

From 3 to 600 or more. Rates are banded 5–30, 31–50 and 50+, so the per-person price falls as the group grows, and a group under 5 books at a flat rate covering 5 seats. Very large teams are usually split across sessions or days, which your planner arranges — it tends to make the event better rather than worse, because everyone can still see the chef and ask questions.

What do dietary accommodations cost?

Nothing. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and kosher requests are free, and they are handled per person rather than for the whole group, so one participant's substitution does not change anyone else's menu. Send them with your headcount by the 14-day closing date — they go into the kits, so they are decided before the boxes ship rather than on the day.
