Gifting questions

Can you ship straight to a client's home?

Yes. Every kit ships per participant, so your planner collects each address individually and a kit reaches a client's kitchen exactly the way it reaches an employee's. Send us a list or let us collect the addresses directly — you do not have to chase anyone for a home address yourself. Per-person pricing starts at five recipients; below that a bundle books as a flat event, which is why each card prints both.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

It depends on the format and how far ahead you tell us, and every window is counted back from your event date. For virtual events, cancelling 21 or more days out returns what you paid less any nonrecoverable costs already committed; 8 to 20 days out you choose between a 50% refund or a 100% Rockoly credit; inside 8 days payments are nonrefundable. In-person events run on a longer clock because venues, staffing and travel commit earlier — 30 days, 15 to 29 days, and inside 15 days respectively. Rescheduling is the easier path and most teams take it: one complimentary move if you ask 14+ days ahead for a virtual event or 30+ days for an in-person one. A later move is charged on the ladder — from 10% of the Event Subtotal or $250 up to 25% or $1,000, whichever is greater, depending on the format and how close in you are — and any move after the first is 10% or $250. Credits last 12 months and transfer within your organization. What goes in the box besides the workshop?

Each bundle is paired with one keepsake from our add-on catalog and it ships in the same box: the Perfect Glasses with the wine tasting at $25 a person, the Cookie Cutter Set with the Christmas Market Kit at $15, and the Shaker Set with the happy hour at $24. That is the part of the gift still sitting on their counter in February, which is rather the point of sending one.

How late can we book for December?

Addresses and any dietary needs are due 14 days before the event, and your final headcount is confirmed 10 business days out — two separate clocks, so settle the addresses first. Gifts want more runway than a team event because the addresses are harder to gather: allow about three weeks for a cooking workshop and four for a happy hour. In practice a December event wants to be settled before Thanksgiving week.
