Step into a flavorful journey with Rockoly’s latest mocktail masterpiece: Hazy Bae. This bold and elegant mocktail features the rich, smoky aroma of Lapsang Souchong — a legendary black tea from China’s Wuyi Mountains — gently sweetened with golden honey and lifted by the crisp, mellow essence of pear juice. Finished with a garnish of dried lemon wheels, this drink offers a unique balance of fire and fruit, warmth and refreshment.
Introduction (5 minutes)
We will kick-off the event with a brief introduction about Rockoly and a fun icebreaker before diving into the Mixology portion of the event.
Mocktail Demo + Hands-On Mixing (15 minutes)
Our expert mixologist will guide you step-by-step in crafting the Hazy Bae, while sharing the rich cultural background and fun mixing tips.
Wrap-Up + Group Cheers (10 minutes)
Engage with the Rockoly team and fellow attendees in an interactive Q&A session to address specific team building questions and challenges.
