Rainbow Fruit Tart

Fill a buttery crust with cream, lay fresh seasonal fruit over it in a rainbow, and see whose comes out brightest on camera. It works as a summer-solstice centerpiece and for Pride, where the rainbow stands for the LGBTQ+ community's diversity. A fruit tart will never do that justice, but it is a good reminder over a good dessert.

Rainbow Filled Cupcakes

Bake light, fluffy vanilla cupcakes, hide a rainbow of sprinkles inside each one and finish them with buttercream as your chef guides you live. Nobody sees the rainbow until the whole team bites in together, so the reveal happens on every screen at once. Add a champagne pairing to make it a celebration.

NY Lox Bagels

Build an everything bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and red onions while the chef tells the story of the Stonewall Inn Uprising, so your team takes a piece of Pride history away with the meal. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free versions are available on request.
