Forty-five minutes fit a slot that was otherwise a status meeting, and kits went to people's home addresses, so our two remote folks weren't the odd ones out for once. Mixologist Emily kept the pace tight without making it feel rushed.

Mixologist Emily told the story behind the Moscow Mule — a few people turning up with different pieces of the puzzle — and that stuck with me longer than the recipe did. She also settled shake versus stir, which I'd had backwards for years.
Simone
The Lemon Drop is the one I've made since - sharp, cold, and sweeter than I expected. The Moscow Mule Mocktail I'd quietly written off before we started, and it's the one I finished first. Fair warning though: both of these sit squarely on the sweet side, and if what you want is bitter or bone dry, this isn't the 45 minutes for you.
Zara
Two weeks on I'm still making the mocktail on weeknights. Didn't see that coming.
