$119 per person for 5 – 30 guests · volume pricing from guest 31: as low as $99 for 50+.

One price: beer expert, event planner, host, beer shipped to every guest, gratuities, service — plus tax; rush dates and international delivery are quoted separately. No platform fee.

Volume rates apply to each guest above the threshold — the first 30 guests are always at the 5 – 30 rate, so a bigger group never pays less than a smaller one.

Under 5 guests: $595 flat (5-seat minimum).

Description

Pour four beers side by side and learn to taste them the way a brewer does, nosing for hops and malt, checking color and head, and finding the difference between a crisp Pilsner, a cloudy Hefeweizen, a bitter IPA and a roasty Stout. Your beer expert guides every pour live, tells the story behind each style, and runs a blind round at the end where the whole team guesses what's in the glass. Four full cans ship free to every guest, so everyone tastes the same flight at the same moment.

   A $250 deposit reserves the date and comes off the total in full. Dates 2 weeks out book instantly; sooner than that, ask and we can often expedite.

   Every event gets a dedicated planner, at no cost. They shape it around your team — the menu, the timings, dietary needs, and the parts that make it yours.

   Once you have booked

   Choose the flight

   Wine, beer, whiskey, caviar or chocolate, classic selections through the more unusual. Your planner steers you by group size, budget and what your team already enjoys — premium flights cost more because what is in them does.

   Collect guest addresses

   We send every guest a short form to fill in themselves, so you never chase anyone for a home address. Prefer to handle it yourself? Send us the list instead.

   Addresses in

   That is the deadline for free standard shipping anywhere in the US. International delivery is available to most countries at additional cost, and those addresses are due earlier.

• Your event planner sends the Zoom link with your confirmation, and again the day before.
• Prefer Microsoft Teams or Google Meet? Say so when you book and your host will run it there instead.
• No account or download needed for guests — the link opens in a browser.

Cancellation, rescheduling and changes

Plans move. Every window below is counted back from your event date, and applies to virtual events like this one.
