Add-ons

Wine Pairing

Complete the occasion with a wine pairing add-on to complement the flavors of this dish.

Process and timeline

From the moment you book to the moment the chef says hello.

  1. When you book

    Hold your date

A $250 deposit reserves the date and comes off the total in full. Dates 2 weeks out book instantly; sooner than that, ask and we can often expedite.

  2. Within a day

Your event planner gets in touch

Every event gets a dedicated planner, at no cost. They shape it around your team — the menu, the timings, dietary needs, and the parts that make it yours.

    • Free customization of the menu and the run of show
    • Free engagement games to open or close the session
    • Extra cheers, toasts and shout-outs for birthdays, wins and farewells
    • Dietary adjustments for anyone who needs them
  3. As soon as you like

    Collect guest addresses

We send every guest a short form to fill in themselves, so you never chase anyone for a home address. Prefer to handle it yourself? Send us the list instead.

  4. 14 days before

    Addresses in

That is the deadline for free standard shipping anywhere in the US. International delivery is available to most countries at additional cost, and those addresses are due earlier.

  5. The day before or the day of

    Fresh ingredients arrive

Not a box packed a week ago: each guest's ingredients are bought fresh at a local store — Whole Foods first choice, or the best grocer near them — and delivered to their door, so what they cook with is fresh on the day.

  6. Event day

Everyone joins and the chef takes it from there

One link, no software to install. Your planner is on hand in the background if anything needs sorting mid-event.

Agenda / Run of show

A breakdown of how the 90 min runs.

  1. 0:00 – 0:07

    Welcome & introduction

Meet your chef and host, run through the ingredients and equipment, and say hello to the team.

  2. 0:07 – 0:20

    Mise en place

Prep and portion everything before the cooking starts — the step that makes the rest calm.

  3. 0:20 – 0:54

    Cook together

The chef leads the dish step by step, at a pace the whole group can follow, with tips as you go.

  4. 0:54 – 1:07

    Team break

While something rests or bakes, the host runs a short icebreaker or trivia round.

  5. 1:07 – 1:20

    Finish & plate

Bring it together, plate it up and learn how a chef would serve it.

  6. 1:20 – 1:30

    Taste, group photo & Q&A

Eat what you made, take the team photo, and ask the chef anything.

What guests said about this experience

Verified guest

Twice-baked is the clever part and it's what makes a souffle achievable at home — you bake them, let them collapse, then bake again to serve, so the terror of getting them to the table still risen simply doesn't apply. Chef Emily explained that up front and it changed the whole mood of the session. Folding the whites in without knocking the air out is still the skill, and she was specific about stopping while it looks slightly streaky rather than fully combined.

Ben

Verified guest

The salad made while the souffles bake is a proper part of the session rather than filler — apples, hazelnuts and a mustard dressing, and the acidity is there to cut a very rich cheese dish. Understanding why it's that salad rather than any salad was a small thing that stuck with me.

Reese

Verified guest

Easy to organize and the equipment list is short — ramekins, which came in the kit, and an electric whisk, which is the one thing worth checking people have. Everything arrived on time. As organizer I appreciated that the timings are generous rather than tight, so nobody was left behind at the folding stage.

Aisha

Verified guest

I'd never attempted a souffle and had assumed it required a steady hand I don't possess. It requires patience at exactly one point — the folding — and everything else is a cheese sauce. Being talked through the fold in real time, with someone watching my bowl, is worth considerably more than reading about it.
