Volume rates apply to each guest above the threshold — the first 30 guests are always at the 5 – 30 rate, so a bigger group never pays less than a smaller one.

Under 5 guests: $545 flat (5-seat minimum).

Description

Celebrate with your team by mixing up two playful holiday drinks, one for the naughty list and one for the nice. A Mean One is a nod to a classic holiday super villain turned fan favorite, the one with a heart two sizes too small: a bright green, spicy-sweet and bubbly drink of green apple syrup, lemon and ginger beer, with a maraschino cherry dropped in. Elf's Indulgence is a creamy martini-style drink of oat milk creamer, peppermint bark water and vanilla, rimmed in crushed candy canes and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Each kit contains a recipe card and enough supplies to make a total of 4 drinks. This workshop has an interactive 60-minute hands-on session with a mixologist. We recommend adding some socialization time, or game add-ons such as icebreakers or scavenger hunt.

   Every event gets a dedicated planner, at no cost. They shape it around your team — the menu, the timings, dietary needs, and the parts that make it yours.

   Collect guest addresses

   We send every guest a short form to fill in themselves, so you never chase anyone for a home address. Prefer to handle it yourself? Send us the list instead.

   Addresses in

   That is the deadline for free standard shipping anywhere in the US. International delivery is available to most countries at additional cost, and those addresses are due earlier.

   A few days before

   Kits arrive

   Each guest gets their own kit at their own address, with everything the workshop needs in it. Shipping is insured, so a lost, delayed or damaged kit is replaced.

   Event day

   Everyone joins and the chef takes it from there

   One link, no software to install. Your planner is on hand in the background if anything needs sorting mid-event.

How to join

• Your event planner sends the Zoom link with your confirmation, and again the day before.
• Prefer Microsoft Teams or Google Meet? Say so when you book and your host will run it there instead.
• No account or download needed for guests — the link opens in a browser.

Cancellation, rescheduling and changes

Plans move. Every window below is counted back from your event date, and applies to virtual events like this one.
