One price: sommelier, event planner, host, wine shipped to every guest, gratuities, service — plus tax; rush dates and international delivery are quoted separately. No platform fee.

Volume rates apply to each guest above the threshold — the first 30 guests are always at the 5 – 30 rate, so a bigger group never pays less than a smaller one.

Under 5 guests: $895 flat (5-seat minimum).

Description

The same sixty minutes as the classic Wine Tasting, poured from a better cellar. Your sommelier opens reserve-level bottles rather than the tasting pours — or an all-sparkling flight, if the room has something to toast — and every bottle is still a single serving, so a flight stays a tasting. The boxes reach every door beforehand, so a team spread across nine cities opens the same wine at the same moment.

   Every event gets a dedicated planner, at no cost. They shape it around your team — the menu, the timings, dietary needs, and the parts that make it yours.

   Once you have booked

   Choose the flight

   Wine, caviar or chocolate, classic selections through the more unusual. Your planner steers you by group size, budget and what your team already enjoys — premium flights cost more because what is in them does.

   Collect guest addresses

   We send every guest a short form to fill in themselves, so you never chase anyone for a home address. Prefer to handle it yourself? Send us the list instead.

   Addresses in

   That is the deadline for free standard shipping anywhere in the US. International delivery is available to most countries at additional cost, and those addresses are due earlier.

• Your event planner sends the Zoom link with your confirmation, and again the day before.
• Prefer Microsoft Teams or Google Meet? Say so when you book and your host will run it there instead.
• No account or download needed for guests — the link opens in a browser.

Cancellation, rescheduling and changes

Plans move. Every window below is counted back from your event date, and applies to virtual events like this one.
