This is a menu collection for the date rather than a fixed class, so the experience depends on which dish you pick — tacos, churros and a margarita session are all options and they're very different events. What I appreciated is that the framing is about Mexican food properly rather than the party-stereotype version of the holiday, and there's a brief and unpatronising note on what Cinco de Mayo actually commemorates.
