When you book
A $250 deposit reserves the date and comes off the total in full. Dates 2 weeks out book instantly; sooner than that, ask and we can often expedite.
Within a day
Every event gets a dedicated planner, at no cost. They shape it around your team — the menu, the timings, dietary needs, and the parts that make it yours.
A week before
Suggestions rather than a fixed list, so everyone can work with what is already in their kitchen. Bring your own produce, jars and whatever else you fancy putting up.
Event day
One link, no software to install. Your planner is on hand in the background if anything needs sorting mid-event.

Nothing ships — you bring the ingredients
Plans move. Every window below is counted back from your event date, and applies to virtual events like this one.
Cancellation
Refund of amounts paid, less any documented nonrecoverable costs already incurred.
Your choice: a 50% refund of the recoverable event amount, or a Rockoly credit for 100% of it.
Payments are nonrefundable. The event may still be eligible for rescheduling.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted.
A rescheduling fee of 10% of the Event Subtotal or $250, whichever is greater.
A rescheduling fee of 25% of the Event Subtotal or $500, whichever is greater.
Headcount is confirmed 10 business days out, and credits last 12 months. The full terms — including no-shows, weather and what counts as a nonrecoverable cost — are in our Event Terms & Conditions.
This is a seasonal collection rather than one class — the spooky charcuterie, the mummy calzones and the Halloween cocktails are all under it, and which you pick changes the event entirely. Worth asking before booking, because the cooking ones and the drinks ones suit very different groups. We went with a food option and it was pitched well: silly enough to be seasonal, not so silly that the result was inedible.

The theming is committed to properly rather than being a normal class with a pumpkin mentioned once. That matters — a half-hearted Halloween event is worse than no Halloween event. Ours had a genuine visual payoff at the end, which is what people want from October and what makes it worth doing over a standard session.
Tessa
Chef Emily was engaging throughout and good with a group that included a few children joining from home. She let the theme carry the fun rather than forcing enthusiasm, and the pacing held across the hour. Easy to recommend for an October slot if you want something people will actually turn their cameras on for.
Reese
Brought the seasonal element to life without it tipping into naff, which is a narrow line with Halloween. There's a decent amount of decorating and creative licence built in, so the results varied enormously across the group and comparing them at the end was half the entertainment.
