When you book
A $250 deposit reserves the date and comes off the total in full. Dates 2 weeks out book instantly; sooner than that, ask and we can often expedite.
Within a day
Every event gets a dedicated planner, at no cost. They shape it around your team — the menu, the timings, dietary needs, and the parts that make it yours.
A week before
Suggestions rather than a fixed list, so everyone can work with what is already in their kitchen. Bring your own produce, jars and whatever else you fancy putting up.
Event day
One link, no software to install. Your planner is on hand in the background if anything needs sorting mid-event.

Nothing ships — you bring the ingredients
Plans move. Every window below is counted back from your event date, and applies to virtual events like this one.
Cancellation
Refund of amounts paid, less any documented nonrecoverable costs already incurred.
Your choice: a 50% refund of the recoverable event amount, or a Rockoly credit for 100% of it.
Payments are nonrefundable. The event may still be eligible for rescheduling.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted.
A rescheduling fee of 10% of the Event Subtotal or $250, whichever is greater.
A rescheduling fee of 25% of the Event Subtotal or $500, whichever is greater.
Headcount is confirmed 10 business days out, and credits last 12 months. The full terms — including no-shows, weather and what counts as a nonrecoverable cost — are in our Event Terms & Conditions.
We were nervous about marking Juneteenth as a company without it landing badly, and this was handled with real care. The food is the vehicle — you cook something with a genuine place in the tradition and the history arrives through that rather than as a lecture at the start. The red foods element was explained properly, which nobody on our team had known about, and it gave the session a focus beyond being a nice lunch.

A menu collection rather than one class, so the dish you pick shapes the day — worth a conversation with them first. What made it work for us was that the chef clearly knew the material and was comfortable being asked about it, which is not something you can fake and is the whole difference between this and a box-ticking exercise.

Easy to organize and the flexibility on menu let me pick something that suited a group with several dietary requirements. Ingredients reached everyone in time. As organizer the thing I'd say is to book earlier than you think for June — the good slots go.

We chose it because we wanted to mark the date with something substantive rather than an email, and cooking together turned out to be a better vehicle than a talk would have been. People stayed on afterwards and the conversation kept going, which is not what usually happens at the end of a company event.
