Just Paint: Virtual event rate includes a live artist, dedicated event planner, art supplies delivery, gratuities, and all service fees.

Skipping the wine and cocktails? No problem — grab whatever you have at home (yes, even that questionable kombucha in the back of the fridge) and let your creativity flow through Abstract Art Adventure, Scenic Landscapes, Seasonal & Botanical Bliss, or Winter Fun.

Process and timeline

From the moment you book to the moment the chef says hello.

   When you book

   Hold your date

   A $250 deposit reserves the date and comes off the total in full. Dates 2 weeks out book instantly; sooner than that, ask and we can often expedite.

   Within a day

   Your event planner gets in touch

   Every event gets a dedicated planner, at no cost. They shape it around your team — the menu, the timings, dietary needs, and the parts that make it yours.

   A week before

   Your shopping list arrives

   Suggestions rather than a fixed list, so everyone can work with what is already in their kitchen. Bring your own produce, jars and whatever else you fancy putting up.

   Event day

   Everyone joins and the chef takes it from there

   One link, no software to install. Your planner is on hand in the background if anything needs sorting mid-event.

   The basics

   Technique first — how to hold the brush, block in shapes and mix your colours.

   Paint together

   Step by step, at your own pace, with the artist checking in throughout.

4. 0:42 – 0:53

   Finishing touches

   Detail, highlights and signing your work.

5. 0:53 – 1:00

   Show & tell

   Hold them up, take the group photo and see what everyone made.

How to join

• Your event planner sends the Zoom link with your confirmation, and again the day before.
• Prefer Microsoft Teams or Google Meet? Say so when you book and your host will run it there instead.
• No account or download needed for guests — the link opens in a browser.

Short, and that is the advantage: with nothing to ship, this one can still make a date the others cannot.

Instant booking

Available for events at least 2 weeks out. Sooner than that, ask us — we can often expedite.

Cancellation, rescheduling and changes

Plans move. Every window below is counted back from your event date, and applies to virtual events like this one.

Headcount is confirmed 10 business days out, and credits last 12 months. The full terms — including no-shows, weather and what counts as a nonrecoverable cost — are in our Event Terms & Conditions.
