Pricing

$99 per person for 5 – 30 guests · volume pricing from guest 31: as low as $79 for 50+.

Includes supplies, U.S. shipping, artist, event planner, host and gratuity.

One price: artist, event planner, host, supplies shipped to every guest, gratuities, service — plus tax; rush dates and international delivery are quoted separately. No platform fee.

Volume rates apply to each guest above the threshold — the first 30 guests are always at the 5 – 30 rate, so a bigger group never pays less than a smaller one.

Under 5 guests: $495 flat (5-seat minimum).

Skipping the wine and cocktails? No problem — grab whatever you have at home (yes, even that questionable kombucha in the back of the fridge) and paint your pick of this season’s Winter Moonlight or Holiday Candlelight canvas.

Process and timeline

From the moment you book to the moment the chef says hello.

   When you book

   Hold your date

   A $250 deposit reserves the date and comes off the total in full. Dates 2 weeks out book instantly; sooner than that, ask and we can often expedite.

   Within a day

   Your event planner gets in touch

   Every event gets a dedicated planner, at no cost. They shape it around your team — the menu, the timings, dietary needs, and the parts that make it yours.

   Once you have booked

   Pick what you are making, and what you are drinking

   Abstract Art Adventure, Scenic Landscapes, Seasonal & Botanical Bliss or Winter Fun — or an edible terrarium instead. Wine, a cocktail kit or a mocktail kit alongside it.

   As soon as you like

   Collect guest addresses

   We send every guest a short form to fill in themselves, so you never chase anyone for a home address. Prefer to handle it yourself? Send us the list instead.

   14 days before

   Addresses in

   That is the deadline for free standard shipping anywhere in the US. International delivery is available to most countries at additional cost, and those addresses are due earlier.

   A few days before

   Your supplies arrive at every door

   Art supplies boxed per guest, with the wine or the drink kit alongside them. Shipping is insured, so a lost, delayed or damaged box is replaced.

   Event day

   Make it alongside a live artist

   Drink in hand, at whatever pace the room wants to go: the basics first, then the piece itself, then everyone holds up what they made.

   Step by step, at your own pace, with the artist checking in throughout.

   Finishing touches

   Detail, highlights and signing your work.

5. 0:53 – 1:00

   Show & tell

   Hold them up, take the group photo and see what everyone made.

How to join

• Your event planner sends the Zoom link with your confirmation, and again the day before.
• Prefer Microsoft Teams or Google Meet? Say so when you book and your host will run it there instead.
• No account or download needed for guests — the link opens in a browser.

Cancellation, rescheduling and changes

Plans move. Every window below is counted back from your event date, and applies to virtual events like this one.
