Volume rates apply to each guest above the threshold — the first 30 guests are always at the 5 – 30 rate, so a bigger group never pays less than a smaller one.

When you book
A $250 deposit reserves the date and comes off the total in full. Dates 2 weeks out book instantly; sooner than that, ask and we can often expedite.
Within a day
Every event gets a dedicated planner, at no cost. They shape it around your team — the menu, the timings, dietary needs, and the parts that make it yours.
Once you have booked
Abstract Art Adventure, Scenic Landscapes, Seasonal & Botanical Bliss or Winter Fun — or an edible terrarium instead. Wine, a cocktail kit or a mocktail kit alongside it.
As soon as you like
We send every guest a short form to fill in themselves, so you never chase anyone for a home address. Prefer to handle it yourself? Send us the list instead.
14 days before
That is the deadline for free standard shipping anywhere in the US. International delivery is available to most countries at additional cost, and those addresses are due earlier.
A few days before
Art supplies boxed per guest, with the wine or the drink kit alongside them. Shipping is insured, so a lost, delayed or damaged box is replaced.
Event day
Drink in hand, at whatever pace the room wants to go: the basics first, then the piece itself, then everyone holds up what they made.

Plans move. Every window below is counted back from your event date, and applies to virtual events like this one.
Cancellation
Refund of amounts paid, less any documented nonrecoverable costs already incurred.
Your choice: a 50% refund of the recoverable event amount, or a Rockoly credit for 100% of it.
Payments are nonrefundable. The event may still be eligible for rescheduling.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted.
A rescheduling fee of 10% of the Event Subtotal or $250, whichever is greater.
A rescheduling fee of 25% of the Event Subtotal or $500, whichever is greater.
Headcount is confirmed 10 business days out, and credits last 12 months. The full terms — including no-shows, weather and what counts as a nonrecoverable cost — are in our Event Terms & Conditions.
The Paint & Sip Wine workshop was a refreshing change from our usual team activities. Instructor Emily explained the process clearly, kept the pace comfortable, and made everyone feel welcome regardless of experience level. We finished with lots of laughs and something we were genuinely proud to show off.
Owen
Easy to organize, though there are two deliveries to coordinate — art supplies and wine — and both need to land before the session. Ours did. As organizer I'd say confirm the painting choice early, because that's the one decision that has to be made in advance and it's easy to leave too late.
Clara
The artist teaches properly rather than just demonstrating, breaking the picture into stages and explaining why you build up in that order. I'd painted nothing since school and came out with something I was willing to hang up, which is a low bar cleared more convincingly than I expected.

Instructor Emily kept the Paint & Sip Wine workshop organized while still making it feel relaxed and creative. As the organizer, I loved seeing everyone participate, compare their work, and enjoy time together.

Craft drinks that will amaze and astound. A little bit of chemistry and a bit of glitter creates drinks that will make everyone “ooh and ahh”. Our "Lavender Magic" is floral, sweet and color changing. The “Pineapple Spice” brings a bit of zip and of course the sparkle. Add your favorite spirit to round out the experience.
